Group: Freight in TypeScript

The Acme Freight checks written in TypeScript (@playwright/test), run by the same hub with the same history, charts and schedules as the Python ones (about a minute): a priced quote, tracking, the public API, dock drag-and-drop, a shipping label's barcode and a password reset through email. Needs the TS engine at /opt/pw-ts.
